If you're ready to join Carpenter's Way go ahead and register below and someone will get with you shortly.  If you have some questions about CW or Cornerstone, just give us a call.

: : What is Cornerstone? : :

A Cornerstone is a time to gather for people wanting to call Carpenter's Way their church home or to come and ask pointed questions about what CW believes and meet some staff and elders. They last less than two hours and usually have a light meal or snacks.  Childcare is often available for children birth-fifth grade. 

: : Why should I attend a Cornerstone? : :

First, Cornerstones are a great way to meet some new people that go to church with you and to hear what the Lord is doing in their lives. It sort of becomes a first Community Group for many people.

Cornerstones are the perfect place to hear what makes Carpenter's Way unique and our beliefs about different topics.  No question is off limits and we want this to be a time for people to know their church. If we are making good Cornerstone classes, this will be an enriching time for everyone that attends.

Attending a Cornerstone is the way you communicate that you want to join Carpenter's Way as a member of the church.

Being a member, or "Cornerstoned", is a requirement for some serving opportunities at CW but not for all serving opportunities. For example, a Community Group leader must be "Cornerstoned" before they are eligible to lead a Community Group. 

The reason for this is that we believe some of the serving opportunities we have at Carpenter's Way have an implied teaching or leading aspect and people in those positions should reflect the same beliefs as Carpenter's Way.

: : When is the next Cornerstone class? : :

We offer Cornerstone classes throughout the year as there is a desire. 

We want the time spent to be of value to you and one of the values we hope you find is in the gathering of other like-minded people and families. So, when we receive a request from several families for a Cornerstone, we will schedule the next Cornerstone and invite the families to attend.
